Job description
As a Supply Chain Inventory Control Technician, you’ll be the frontline eyes and ears of our operation, ensuring every product that enters or leaves our facility meets rigorous quality and documentation standards. You’ll support critical checkpoints in the fulfillment process, verify paperwork, inspect goods, and maintain consistent quality across all logistics.

All outbound/inbound shipments are verified and documented for quality and compliance.
Inventory and documentation records are consistently accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Documentation
Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality, packaging, labeling, and accuracy.
Audit documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices) and manage non-conforming products.
Inventory & Process Audits
Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and month-end inventory documentation.
Maintain freezer map accuracy and help coordinate off-site storage tracking.
Warehouse Support & Equipment Oversight
Ensure organized, safe cold storage environments and maintain documentation.
Perform light equipment checks and coordinate truck maintenance with vendors.
General Operations
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager to support operational needs.
Expected Hours:
Hours: 36 - 40 per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
NOTE: Hours/day may vary slightly depending on the season & order volume.

Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
$2,000/year food credit (Redeemable at our farm store)
2 weeks of PTO after 3 months

Job requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in quality control, warehousing, or logistics environments
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
Working knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and cold storage handling
Forklift operation experience or willingness to complete company-provided certification
Basic proficiency with computers and inventory management systems
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout the day
Solid understanding of inventory control processes and best practices
Capable of safely driving and maneuvering a 22’ box truck for local deliveries
Skilled in operating forklifts and pallet-moving equipment
