Seven Sons is a farm-to-consumer food business located in Roanoke, IN. Our mission is to glorify God by helping busy, informed consumers gain access to safe and ethical foods they can eat with confidence.

Area of Effectiveness

This role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of orders and goods to our customers and third party carriers. This role will require a high level of interaction and communication with Seven Sons staff members, customers, and third party partners.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class A CDL and be 21 years or older

• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-exempted interstate DOT medical card 

• Previous tractor-trailer driving experience

• Ability to operate electric and non-electric pallet jack

• Team oriented mentality

Expected Hours:

• Hours: 22 - 26 per week driving

• Typical Work Week: Monday, Tuesday, and occasional Thursday route

• Typical Work-Day Hours: Monday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits :

• $26.00 / Hour base rate

• Earn up to $75 bonus per route taken

• $1,000 / year food credit (redeemed at our farm store)

• Profit Sharing Bonus Program
